These terms apply to the SAM website and app ("SAM"), operated by Rasham Coleman. By using SAM, you agree to them.

What SAM does

SAM compares publicly offered prices for products across stores and estimates the total cost, including shipping and sales tax, along with delivery dates. SAM does not sell products. Purchases are made directly with the store, under that store's terms, prices, and return policy.

Prices and estimates

Prices, stock, shipping costs, and delivery dates come from stores and data partners and can change without notice. Sales tax is an estimate based on your ZIP code's state average and may differ from the tax charged at checkout. SAM's flags for suspicious prices are automated and may be wrong. Always confirm the final price and details with the store before you buy.

No warranty

SAM is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that SAM will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, SAM and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your purchases from stores or reliance on information shown in SAM.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse SAM. For example, don't copy SAM's results or data in bulk, scrape or overload the service, attempt to reverse engineer it, or submit false price reports.

Intellectual property

SAM's software, design, ranking methods, and content are owned by Rasham Coleman (SAM Pricing Intelligent System) and protected by law. Store names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify where products are sold.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use SAM means you accept the updated terms.
